• All digital products ship free.
• Instant Downloads are delivered instantly via email. For detailed instructions on downloading your files, please visit our FAQs.
• Customized Digital Files are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase, provided the customer has submitted all the required information to complete their custom file.

Physical Products:

• Physical products will be shipped within two business days of purchase.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout

Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital Products:

• All sales are final.
• Due to the nature of digital items, they cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once an order is placed. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Physical Products:

Physical products are returnable within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be intact, new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived and been inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
• If your item arrives damaged, please email us at shop@neathousesweethome.com with a picture of the damaged item as soon as possible so we can assist you.
